Do you send emails with a link to the templates?

No, I never send emails. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email from Etsy with a download link. You can also access your files anytime under “Purchases and Reviews” in your Etsy account.

I can’t find or open the files. What should I do?

Most files are delivered in ZIP format. You’ll need to unzip them before use. If you’re having trouble, try using a free program like WinZip (PC) or The Unarchiver (Mac). If you’re still stuck, feel free to message me.

Can I use these files on my phone or tablet?

It’s recommended to download and unzip files on a computer. Some mobile devices can’t handle ZIP files or specific formats properly.

Do you offer refunds on digital products?

No, most templates cannot be customized. They are rights protected. You can always ask for a customisable file €100 each

Yes, these templates are for personal use. The object you make with them can be sold no problems with that.

Can I share the files with others?
